Evaluation of the project of the Hanns-Seidel-Foundation in the Ukraine to strengthen the Democratic Development by Capacity Buildung Measures of local and regional Administrations  and Majors of selected small and medium cities in the Ukraine. An Online Questionnaire, personal interviews and the participation in project activities plus document studies were the sources of information for this evaluation.
